Frequently Asked Questions

When can I register on the day of the event?	Registration of participants starts at noon (12.00). It is recommended to arrive well in advance before the programme starts at 13.00.
What language will the event be in?	The whole event will be held in English so that we can welcome foreign participants and speakers. We will translate the Czech performances into English.
How will the networking work?	We use the Eventee app to help you maximise networking opportunities. You can view the profiles of other attendees in advance and arrange meetings with them. The app will also include a full agenda and other useful information.
What is included in the ticket price?	The price includes a full day programme, coffee breaks and an evening after party. Everything takes place in the historical centre of Brno on the threshold of summer, which creates a unique atmosphere for informal networking.
How do I get to the event?	The nearest stops are Zelný trh and Česká (trams 4, 9). For drivers, parking is available on Dominikánské náměstí or around the main railway station, both a 5-minute walk from the venue.
What is the cancellation policy?	You may cancel your registration with a full refund of your admission fee up to May 15, 2025 (14 days prior to the event). After this date, there is no refund of admission.
Where can I go after the official afterparty?	After 10 pm, we recommend continuing on to one of the nearby venues: the Bar that Doesn't Exist (premium cocktails), Super Panda Circus (unique bar experience) or 4 rooms (nice atmosphere for informal discussions). All are within walking distance.
