Jan Stejskal is a partner in Perkins Coie's London office and has provided his legal expertise to some of the fastest growing companies in the CEE region such as Rohlik Group, Keboola and Avast, as well as leading investor groups including PPF, CVC and Mid Europa Partners.

With legal qualifications for England and Wales, the Czech Republic and New York, he successfully overcomes local bureaucracy by adapting VC and M&A models from the Anglo-Saxon environment for the European, particularly Central European, market.
